About The Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Engineer to join our support team. You will provide onsite support for end users. You will be the primary point of contact for IT related queries, relating to servers, desktops and software packages. You will manage and log calls through our ticket management system. You will be responsible for maintaining clients’ hardware and software, while also installing and configuring new hardware such as laptops and PC’s according to the clients spec. This role will suit someone who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and who is passionate about technology and taking their career to the next level. Since we are a small I.T company you will stand behind all your work, effective communication and online collaboration skills are a must.

About You

  • 2 + years working in a technical support environment

  • Client PC/Laptop troubleshooting, maintenance and hardware replacement

  • Deployment and management of Windows servers

  • Experience with virtual server environments would be beneficial

  • Office 365 deployment and administration

  • Designing and producing system documentation

  • Change Management

  • Clean Drivers licence and own transport is essential


  • Facilitate and manage the timely resolution of software and hardware issues

  • Perform regular system admin and maintenance as required

  • Create and maintain system documentation
