DEITG offer a Break Fix Support option for businesses without any IT contract in place.

WHAT IS IT

IT support will be provided on a pay as you go basis. Or alternatively, Block Hour Support means you can purchase time in blocks of 12, 24 or 48 hours.

  • Desktop and Network Support: Remote, Telephone and Ticket Help-desk.
  • On-Site engineer visits.
  • Monitoring: Backup PCs, Servers, Antivirus, Firewalls, Broadband.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Automated operating system updates, Antivirus updating.
  • Reporting: Hardware, Disk, Web and Email usage.
  • IT Management: Vendor Support, Technology Proposals.
  • New PC installations.
  • PC upgrading.
  • On-site support.
